The reason I ask for an appointment is because certain designs need a high precision mould which is usually only possible when done by me or a dentist. The thorns design is easy to work with most moulds. The order online mould kits tend to be inaccurate as they’re quite easy to do wrong, so if you would like to do this make sure you order extra putty.
Sometimes grillz need to be fitted to the person by the make, especially with bigger pieces. In my work I’ve found a proper fitting is needed 30% of the time.
The risk is yours to take, we can schedule a fitting if it doesn’t fit when sent by mail, as long as you’re willing to come to me.
It is always best to have a mould done professionally by a dentist. Having a professionally done mould will speed up the process and I am more likely to take your order.

The minimum mail order is 500$. This could be a variation of different pieces or include a friends mould in your package too!
Process.
Get a dentist to do your mould or order a putty dental mould kit. It’s up to you to get your own. The pack should contain two trays and two sets of putty.
Follow a video online on how to do it.
Reply to my email with a pic of your impressions. I need to check if the impression is good enough to use. When taking the photo focus on the area you want the cap on.
Complete the form detailing exactly what you want done, I will make what's on the form in the package, it will be too late to change your order after I have received it.
I give you the postage details.
Mail your impressions to me with the filled out form. Any that don’t have a form will be thrown away.
I take payment when the mould arrives.
How long it will take to make varies on the piece. 2 weeks minimum.

In the form in terms of what side you want your cap on is to YOUR right or left, not someone looking at you. If you make a mistake here I will not refund you.
There are videos on my instagram highlights about how to fit your own grillz. If you’re struggling, denture glue can to keep them secure.
If you break the piece fitting it, I am not responsible.
Refund Policy.
We are unable to offer any refunds or exchange on custom orders. This is simply because the product has been specifically altered to suit our customers.
We guarantee 100% that our product will fit on the mould you send to us, but we cannot guarantee that it will fit perfectly in your mouth.
We will not attempt to process your order if the teeth impression is not clean and if the gum line is not visible. In this case, you will have to purchase another mould kit and follow the instructions to get your teeth impression 100% accurate.
You are liable to pay any shipping cost when sending your freshly taken mould and to ensure that it arrives in safe hands at the correct address. We are not responsible for any moulds getting lost on the way, so please ensure that you track your package to avoid losing out.
Once we have completed your order it will be sent via recorded delivery and you will be provided with a tracking number. Once we have sent off your product, we are not responsible for your package getting lost on the way. We can only assist by providing you with the tracking number so that you can raise a dispute with the selected shipping company.
